Here’s how you can submit an insurance claim with Onsi:
Open the Wolt Partner App.
Go to Benefits & Insurance.
Click on Open dashboard — this will take you to the Onsi website.
Log in (or register if it’s your first time).
Click Make a claim, and select the relevant type of injury or claim.
Select the timeframe of your accident.
Confirm you have the required information at hand.
Proceed with making a claim, by answering the relevant questions and uploading requested documentation.
Submit your claim.
