What is Wolt and how to become a courier partner?
Wolt is a platform that connects customers, restaurants, shops, and courier partners. 🙌 As a courier partner, you can use the Wolt app whenever it suits you and earn by delivering orders in your city.
The quality of your deliveries can directly impact your earnings. When customers are happy with the service they receive, they’re more likely to order again, and more orders mean more income. 🤑 That’s why delivering orders professionally and following the rules and guidelines is key to long-term success on the platform.
Features of a Wolt courier partner
We value freedom and flexibility. You decide when and where you want to deliver, and you can go online anywhere in the city during the platform’s operating hours, just remember to log in within the city you’ve chosen.
When you’re online, the most suitable orders appear on your screen, and you’re always free to decide whether to accept them or not. Behind the scenes, the Wolt algorithm matches orders with the right courier partner based on location and vehicle type. There’s no personal bias or preference, the goal is simply to get orders to customers as quickly as possible. 🚀
Whether you prefer delivering by car, motorbike, or bicycle, you choose how to get from A to B. 🛵

What do I need to know before applying?
It is very easy to get started as a Wolt Courier Partner. We are always looking for new courier partners to cooperate with Wolt. Before you can apply, you would need to meet the following checklist.
Checklist: * You are 18 years or older * You can deliver in one of our active Wolt cities * You have a bank account * You have either a bike, e-bike, scooter, or car to deliver with If you can say “yes” to all of the bullet points, you are eligible to become a Wolt Courier Partner. You can apply either by clicking “Apply now” or downloading the Partner App. We look forward to receiving your application.

What happens after I apply?
Once you’ve submitted your application, there may be a waiting period before you’re invited to continue with the onboarding process.
During onboarding, you’ll need to verify your identity and complete the required contract steps. Depending on the setup in your city, this may involve signing an agreement directly with Wolt or with one of our Fleet Partners. You may also be asked to upload additional details as part of this process.
After your information has been reviewed and approved, you’ll be able to move forward as a courier partner. How long does the application review take? The review time depends on the number of available opportunities in the city you’re applying for. It may take longer if any information is missing or if issues arise during identity verification or contract review. Unfortunately, we’re not able to speed up the application process.
