The process to end the cooperation is as follows:

- First, reach out us through Wolt Partner app to let us know that you wish to end your cooperation with Wolt. - Then, our team will give you the info on how to return your gear based on your area. - After that, you can send a message through Wolt Partner app to let us know that you have returned the gear.

Please note that simply returning your gear or not going online does not automatically end the cooperation. If you wish to end the cooperation, you need to contact through Wolt Partner app to let us know and confirm your decision.

Pharmacy Delivery

**New ID check feature for DOZ pharmacy deliveries 🚀**

A new ID check feature for DOZ pharmacy deliveries is live from today. This only applies to DOZ Drive orders. You’ll still check ID as usual for prescription and over-the-counter orders and finish with a 4-digit code.

What’s new is which code you use, based on where the order was placed:

DOZ website (Drive): Use the last 4 digits from the customer’s physical ID

Wolt app (Marketplace): Use the 4-digit code shown in the Wolt app

The app will clearly show what kind of DOZ order you’re delivering. Drive venues include “DOZ Drive – ID check required” in their name.

❗If the code doesn’t work or you can’t verify the ID, don’t hand over the order. Contact Wolt support for next steps.

✔ Only use loading/delivery areas when you have an active order — these spaces should stay free for building operations. ✔ Avoid activities in the area, as this can cause property damage and complaints. ✔ Keep the surroundings clean — throw trash in bins and never leave waste behind. ✔ Show respect for the people living and working nearby — avoid urinating or behaving in ways that may disturb others.

These may seem like small actions, but together they make a big difference. Following these recommendations helps prevent conflicts, ensures smooth operations, and keeps Wolt seen as a positive partner in every community where we operate.
