As many as you like! It's your own decision how many hours you want to deliver. There is no minimum requirement, and you do not have to book or register your hours in advance.

To optimise your earnings, deliver during peak hours: 11:00–13:00 and 17:00–20:00.

Yes — if you plan to deliver by car or motorbike, Swedish law requires a yrkestrafiktillstånd (commercial transport permit) for godstrafik, issued by Transportstyrelsen. This applies to all commercial transport of goods, including food delivery.

If you plan to deliver by bike, e-bike, or scooter, no permit is required — you can skip this stage entirely.

The permit process includes a financial-capacity check, a knowledge test, and a "good repute" assessment, and typically takes several weeks to a few months. Start the application at transportstyrelsen.se as early as possible.

Once you've been invited to the next steps, log in to the Wolt Partner App and upload your documents there. For security reasons, please don't email your personal documents to us.

You can be online in one city at a time. If you'd like to change your delivery city, please reach out to the support team.

Unfortunately, transferring between countries is not possible at the moment. Each country has its own legal requirements and onboarding process, so you would need to apply separately in each country.

Contact your current country's team to end cooperation and offboard your account, then apply in the new country using the same email.

Once you've been invited and completed all the steps of the onboarding process, you can go online and start making deliveries whenever you would like.

We contact applicants as soon as there's demand for couriers in their area. The wait time varies by city. If you'd like to change your vehicle type or delivery city, reach out to support via the Partner App.

Yes, absolutely. As an independent contractor, you have total freedom to cooperate or engage in employment with other companies alongside Wolt.

Wolt's algorithm offers delivery requests equally based on three factors: your distance to the pick-up location, your vehicle type, and your current activity status (available, busy, or offline). No personal bias or preference is involved.

No. Sharing your account exposes customers' personal data and is a serious breach of the Service Agreement between Wolt and courier partners. It is also a break of the trust the customer has placed in our service.
