Substitute appointment by area

If you want to appoint a substitute in any Norwegian city, please do so by filling out this form. Before filling out the form, ensure your nominated substitute has permitted you to share their information and necessary documents.

After submission, we will process the submitted information and contact you directly. Your substitute may only begin delivering after you have received confirmation that the substitution request has been approved.
