How does the referral program work?
As an active Wolt Courier Partner you can refer a friend with your personal referral code.
You can find your referral code in the Wolt Partner app. You can share your referral code with as many friends as you would like!
All your friend has to do is enter your referral code in the "Courier Partner Referral Code" box in their application form in the partner app when they apply.
For example, your friend needs to complete XX deliveries in XX days from the day they first turn the app online for you to receive the referral compensation of XX currency. Once your friend completes the conditions, the referral compensation will be added automatically to your invoice for the period when the conditions were met.
Also, please note: the person you've referred needs to be within the coverage area — that is, in the city or region where the referral program is currently active.

----------------- Introduction Wolt Enterprises (“Wolt,” “we,” or “us”) is pleased to extend the opportunity for the independent courier partners directly engaged by Wolt (“Courier Partners” or “Participants”) to participate in the Wolt Courier Referral Program (“Referral Program” or “Program”). The Program is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which constitute a binding legal agreement between Wolt and the Participants. By engaging in the Program, Participants agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, “Referrer” means a Courier Partner who refers another individual to the Program, and “Referred Courier Partner” (or “Referee”) means the individual who is referred and applies to become a Courier Partner through the Program.
1. Purpose and Scope of the Program The Referral Program is designed to encourage, recognize, and thank existing Courier Partners who successfully refer new applicants to become Courier Partners on Wolt. The Program also may reward new Courier Partners who successfully onboard and complete their first deliveries, depending on local Program settings. 2. Eligibility for Participation Participation in the Program is strictly limited to: Referrers who operate as independent contractors under applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of operation. Referrers who have not engaged in conduct that violates Wolt’s Courier Partner Service Agreement, Guidelines for Wolt Courier Partners or these Terms. Referred Courier Partners whose initial and all subsequent qualifying deliveries are completed in one of the following cities in XX
NB! Referred Courier Partners, defined as individuals referred through the Program, must have all required permits and/or licenses to qualify as a Courier Partner and to be able to perform deliveries in their respective countries.
3. Mechanisms and Conditions of Referrals Participants will be provided with a unique referral identifier (“Referral Code”) to share with potential Referees. The Referral Code must be entered by the Referee when filling out the application form during the onboarding process. Wolt reserves the right to monitor, validate, and reject any referral it determines to be invalid or fraudulent. In such cases, the affected Participant may request a review of the decision by contacting Wolt Support within 7 days of notification. The issuance of the referral reward to the Referrer is contingent upon the Referee having all required permits and/or licenses needed to provide services as an independent contractor under local legislation and which may involve, for example, completing a certain number of deliveries within a specific timeframe, as outlined by Wolt in the context of the activity. The precise conditions, including geographical applicability and reward thresholds, will be disclosed at Wolt’s discretion through its official communication channels.
4. Nature and Issuance of Referral rewards Rewards granted under the Program are conditional and subject to verification of compliance with these Terms. Rewards may take the form of monetary payments, credits, or other benefits, as determined by Wolt. The following provisions apply: Rewards are non-transferable, even when a substitute has been appointed for the Courier Partner. Wolt retains sole discretion to determine the method and timing of reward distribution. Any applicable tax liabilities arising from the issuance or receipt of referral rewards shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
5. Prohibited Conduct Participants shall not engage in any conduct that contravenes the principles or objectives of the Program, including but not limited to: Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or the creation of fictitious or multiple accounts. Misrepresentation of the terms or benefits of the Program. Any action that breaches local laws, ethical standards, or Wolt’s Courier Partner Service Agreement. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of any rewards, and termination of the Participant’s relationship with Wolt.
6. Privacy and Data Protection Wolt will process personal data of Participants and Referees in accordance with its Courier Privacy Statement and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant. Data will be utilized solely for the administration and enhancement of the Program. When agreeing to participate in the Program, either by sharing your Referral Code or by using a Referral Code during onboarding as a Courier Partner with us, you acknowledge that we may share certain information related to you, such as name, onboarding status, and progress towards the referral reward to enable certain functionalities of the Referral Program. If you are the Referrer, such personal information may be shared with the Referee, and if you are the Referee, with the Referrer. By participating in the Program, Participants recognize that Wolt needs to collect, process, and use their data for purposes related to the Program.
7. Amendments and Termination Wolt reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Modifications will be communicated through Wolt’s official communication channels and shall become effective upon publication.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wolt shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with participation in the Program, including but not limited to errors, omissions, technical failures, or unauthorized access. Participants waive any and all claims against Wolt relating to their participation in the Program, except as otherwise provided by mandatory law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the local Wolt entity with which you have an agreement, operates. Disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of the country where the Courier Partner is located.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Wolt and Participants with respect to the Program and supersede all prior agreements or representations on relating to this subject matter. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No Waiver: Wolt’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
Acknowledgment By participating in the Wolt Courier Referral Program, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
