You must use Wolt-approved insulated delivery gear that is suitable for your vehicle type and complies with applicable food safety requirements.

Bike courier partners need one insulated bike delivery bag.

Car courier partners need two insulated car delivery bags so hot and cold items can be transported separately during delivery.

You can order your gear online at Wolt gear webshop. Your order will be shipped to the Dropp location you choose during checkout.

Please make sure to order all the items you need in one order only. Multiple orders placed within 24 hours will be cancelled.

Yes, you must use Wolt delivery bags when delivering with Wolt in Iceland. This is required to meet local food safety requirements.

You must always have the minimum required bag setup for your vehicle type:

• Bike courier partners: one bike delivery bag

• Car courier partners: two car delivery bags

You can order your gear at Wolt gear webshop.

Certain gear items are provided under a refundable deposit, which will be deducted from your earnings.

You will get your deposit back once the gear has been returned.

If you are experiencing problems with your gear, please contact Support through the Wolt Partner App.

If your gear is broken, it must be replaced immediately. Please order new gear from Wolt gear webshop. Once the damaged bag has been returned and received, the deposit for the broken bag will be refunded.

The return process depends on your location.

If you are ending your partnership with Wolt, you can return deposit-based gear through the designated return point in your area.

If your bag is damaged or too dirty to use, you can also exchange it at the designated return point in your area.

You will get your deposit back once we receive the returned gear.

You can make deliveries using a car, motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle.

You can also change your delivery vehicle during your partnership, as long as you meet the requirements for that vehicle and use the correct delivery bag and other gear for your chosen vehicle type.

Yes, you can change your delivery vehicle at any time.

Please inform Support through the Wolt Partner App when you want to switch vehicles. Our team will help you update your vehicle information. If you change your vehicle type, you may also need a different type of delivery gear. If you switch to a car, you must use two insulated delivery bags. If you switch to a bike, you must use a Wolt bike bag. 

If you switch to a motorized vehicle, such as a car or scooter, you may also be asked to provide a valid driver’s license.

Yes, courier partners are responsible for their own fuel and other vehicle-related costs when making deliveries.
