Local Regulations / Requirements

The rules you need to follow as a courier partnering with Wolt— set by local law and authorities. If a situation isn't covered here, contact Support.

Age-restricted products

Delivering age-restricted products can mean more orders and earnings - but it’s optional and governed by law. This section lives on your regulations hub, so you don’t need a separate trip for the basics.

Before you hand over

1

Ask for valid ID

Passport, national ID card, or driver’s license — check it is valid and the person is 18 or older.

2

Match the order

The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

3

Assess condition

Do not hand over if the customer is visibly intoxicated.

4

If anything fails

Do not complete the delivery. Contact Support immediately and ask the customer to contact Support as well.
