End of Partnership

We really appreciate your cooperation with us and we’re sad to see you go. We wish you all the best for your future!

The process to end the cooperation is as follows:

  • First, reach out to us through the Wolt Partner app to let us know that you wish to end your cooperation with Wolt.

  • Then, our team will give you the guidelines on how to return your gear based on your area.

  • After that, send a message through the Wolt Partner app to confirm you have returned the gear.

Please note: Simply returning your gear or not going online does not automatically end the cooperation. If you wish to end the cooperation, you need to contact us through the Wolt Partner app to let us know and confirm your decision.

Safety & Traffic Section

🚦 Core Rules

  • Right-hand traffic.

  • Headlights must be on at all times.

  • Strict speed enforcement (urban typically 50 km/h).

🌧 Weather & Road Conditions

  • Rapid weather changes.

  • Gravel roads are common outside urban areas.

  • Strong winds affect high-profile vehicles and scooters.

⚠️ Common Risks

  • Sudden storms.

  • Rural road hazards.

  • Limited lighting in remote areas.

Vehicle & user rules

  • Standard European traffic laws apply: right-hand driving, pedestrian crossings, speed limits, and signalling.

  • Smaller roads outside urban areas require extra caution due to gravel surfaces and weather conditions.

  • Pedestrians generally have the right of way at designated crossings.

Micromobility

  • Rules for e-scooters and similar vehicles follow broader EU trends, but enforcement and local guidelines vary by municipality (e.g., parking and sidewalks).

Cycling on sidewalks is allowed only if it doesn’t inconvenience pedestrians (otherwise, treat them like pedestrians).
