If you have an accident — or someone else gets hurt or damaged while you're delivering — here's what to do, what's covered, and how to file a claim. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first.

At the scene of an incident
Call local emergency number
If anyone is injured, call emergency services first. Safety before paperwork.
Take photos
Damage, vehicles, the scene, plates — every angle. You'll need them for the claim.
Exchange details
Name, phone, address, and license plate of any other party involved.
Contact Wolt support
Through the Partner App. Then file the claim within 30 days.
Insurance claims are handled by Onsi
Onsi is Wolt's insurance partner. All claims — accident, injury, third-party damage — are submitted through their dashboard, accessible inside the Wolt Partner App.

The full claim flow takes ~10 minutes if you have the documentation ready (photos, contact info, delivery details).
Open the Wolt Partner App.
Go to Benefits & Insurance
Click Open dashboard — this takes you to the Onsi website.
Log in or register if it's your first time.
Click Make a claim and select the relevant injury or claim type.
Answer the questions and upload documentation (photos, IDs, medical records if any).
Submit. Onsi will follow up by email.

What Wolt's insurance covers
Onsi accident insurance
Covers personal injuries you suffer while delivering — including violent assaults at work.
Active while you're online and delivering with Wolt.
Covers medical costs & loss of earnings (where applicable).
Filed via the Wolt Partner App → Benefits & Insurance.
Third Party Liability (TPL)
Covers your legal liability if you cause injury or property damage to other people while delivering on a non-motorised vehicle (bike, e-bike) or away from your vehicle.
Wolt is the policyholder; you're covered if you haven't opted out.
Does not apply when driving a motor vehicle (cars, scooters with engines).
Does not cover damage to delivery items or your own property.
What's not covered

Your own vehicle
Damage to your bike, e-bike, scooter, or car. Insure it yourself if needed.

Delivery items
Lost or damaged food, groceries, or other order items. Report through Support.

Parking tickets
Personal responsibility — fines from parking, traffic, or other violations.

Sickness unrelated to work
Use the public healthcare system for non-work-related illness.
