Insurance & Incidents

If you have an accident — or someone else gets hurt or damaged while you're delivering — here's what to do, what's covered, and how to file a claim. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first.

At the scene of an incident

1

Call local emergency number

If anyone is injured, call emergency services first. Safety before paperwork.

2

Take photos

Damage, vehicles, the scene, plates — every angle. You'll need them for the claim.

3

Exchange details

Name, phone, address, and license plate of any other party involved.

4

Contact Wolt support

Through the Partner App. Then file the claim within 30 days.
