📦 Getting your gear

Before you can start delivering with Wolt in Norway, you must have delivery gear that meets the requirements for your vehicle type.

🛒 Order through the webshop, or use approved own gear

You can order gear through the Wolt gear webshop, or use your own delivery bag if it meets the requirements and has been approved by Wolt.

Orders are shipped by PostNord to a pickup point.

Compliance reminder: in Norway, courier partners must have delivery gear that meets the food safety requirements for their vehicle type before they can start delivering.

Gear available in Norway

  • Delivery Bags

    Wolt-approved insulated delivery bags are required for deliveries in Lithuania. The required setup depends on your vehicle type.

  • Jackets

    Wolt jackets are available in different types to support comfort and visibility in changing weather conditions.

  • Other Apparel

    Other apparel, such as rain pants and t-shirts, is available to support comfort during deliveries in different conditions.

  • Accessories

    Accessories such as helmets and phone holders are also available to support safe and practical deliveries.

🫧 Quick care tips

  • Clean the inside of your bag regularly

  • Wipe spills as soon as possible, including sauce caught in the folds and under the flaps

  • Use warm water, mild soap, and a clean cloth

  • Clean frequently touched areas such as handles and zippers

  • Leave the bag open to dry after cleaning

  • Use the bag again only when the inside is clean and dry

If the bag gets dirty

  • If the outside is dirty, wipe it before the next delivery so dirt is not carried onto your hands, the vehicle, or the food packaging.

  • If the inside is contaminated, stop using the bag. That includes a spill you cannot wipe out, dirt, or pests. Clean it, leave it open until it is fully dry, and use it again only when the inside is clean and dry.

  • If you cannot get it clean, or the bag is damaged, take it out of use and return it. Order a replacement in the Wolt gear webshop.

📦 Storage tips

  • You should store your bag in a clean, dry place

  • You should not store it on the floor, outdoors, or in a public place

  • You should not leave the bag attached to your bike in a public bike storage

  • Let it air out when not in use

  • Keep it protected from dirt, animals, and pests

  • You should not use the bag for personal items

♻️ Small actions, real impact

Taking good care of your gear helps extend its lifetime and reduce unnecessary waste. When gear stays in good condition for longer, fewer replacements are needed.

In Norway, selected pre-loved gear is also available through the webshop. This helps keep gear in use for longer and supports more sustainable operations.

If you no longer need your gear, you can return it through the return process. By keeping your gear clean, using it carefully, choosing pre-loved gear when relevant, and returning unwanted gear responsibly, you help reduce unnecessary waste.
