Wolt+ Subscription Terms and Conditions - Israel

These Terms of Service govern the terms of service of your Wolt+ subscription, which may include certain benefits as may be presented from time to time in Wolt’s service (hereinafter the “Subscription or “Wolt+”). The Subscription is subject to these Terms of Service, the User Terms of Service (hereinafter: “User Terms of Service”) and the Wolt Privacy Statement. By purchasing or using the Subscription, you agree to the provisions thereof.

The terms used in these Terms of Service, such as “Partner”, “Order”, “User”, “Customer Organization”, “Wolt” and “Wolt Service” shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the User Terms of Service, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

If you have a Wolt for Work Account and/or a Wolt+ Subscription, that is granted to you by the Customer Organization (“Organizational Subscription”), these terms and conditions also apply to the Customer Organization with respect to an Organizational Subscription.

1. What is Wolt+?

  • Wolt+ is an ongoing subscription for an indefinite period for a monthly payment.

  • As part of the Subscription, no delivery fee will be charged for an Eligible Order, as defined below. “Eligible Order” – an order for which all of the following conditions apply: (1) The order is from a merchant which is marked, for a specific order, with the W+ logo in the Wolt Service. Please note that merchants marked with this logo with respect to a particular order may vary depending on the delivery address. This is because Eligible Orders can only be placed within a maximum delivery range, as defined from time to time by Wolt at its sole discretion. The maximum delivery range may differ in different geographic regions and/or for different types of merchants; and (2) The total cost of the products in the order from the merchant exceeds the minimum purchase amount required under the program, as defined and displayed on the Wolt Service from time to time. 

  • Merchants participating in the Wolt+ program may change from time to time, and Wolt is not obligated to any minimum number of merchants under the program, and the User shall have no claim against Wolt in this regard. Merchants marked with the W+ logo can be viewed at any time in Wolt Service, from which Eligible Orders can be placed to the delivery address entered in the service at such time. If you did not enable location tracking, or did not enter a delivery address, merchants shall be displayed according to the delivery ranges in your selected city center.

  • Minimum order amounts may vary from time to time and may differ with respect to different types of merchants under the program. Wolt reserves the right to change the minimum order amount for any merchant at any time. 

  • Wolt does not guarantee that it shall be possible to place Eligible Orders in all areas of operation of the Wolt Service, and the Subscription is subject to geographic availability. 

  • Service fees shall apply to Eligible Orders. 

  • As part of the program, Wolt may offer different and/or varying services, offers, and/or content, as shall be presented from time to time in Wolt Service. 

  • The Subscription is valid in Israel only. Your Subscription is meant for the personal use of a single natural person, and not for commercial use, and it is non-transferable.

2. Purchasing Wolt+

2.1. You can purchase a Wolt + Subscription in your user profile on the Wolt Service. You can see the details and terms of the Subscription, and select the primary payment method before confirming the Subscription purchase. By purchasing a Subscription, you confirm that you agree to recurring monthly billing of your payment method throughout the Subscription period. To cancel the Subscription, see Section 3 below.

2.2. When you purchase a Subscription, you will be shown the cost of the Subscription and other details, such as terms of payment, limitations and terms of use. By purchasing or using the Subscription, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Service and the specific terms of the Subscription, as these appear in the Wolt Service. 

2.3. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each monthly billing period for the Subscription fee, with the billing cycle based on the Subscription purchase date. You may cancel your Subscription, at any time, in accordance with Section 3 below. If you have an Organizational Subscription, your billing cycle will be in accordance with the terms set with the Customer Organization, and your Organizational Subscription may also be cancelled by the Customer Organization.

2.4. To avoid any interruption in your use of the Subscription, you authorize Wolt to charge the Subscription fee from any payment method set up in your Wolt account, if the payment with your selected primary payment method for the Subscription fails. Wolt is under no obligation to use this option. It is your responsibility to update the payment methods linked to your Wolt account. You can update your primary payment method or additional payment method at any time through your user profile on the Wolt Service.

2.5. If we are unable to charge your payment method, we may ask you to choose a different payment method or add a new payment method. In the event that the payment fails, we reserve the right to terminate your Subscription immediately and/or to retroactively collect the Subscription fee.

2.6. Please note that payment for the subscription can only be made using the relevant payment methods and means of payment offered at the time of purchasing the Subscription. 

2.7. Payments for the Subscription in general are processed locally in Israel through a local payment service provider. However, occasionally, for technical reasons, charges may be processed by the payment service provider of the parent company in Finland, Wolt Enterprises Oy.

2.8. Wolt may offer you a trial period (free or for a reduced fee), offers, or other Subscription-related benefits. The trial period may be limited, at Wolt’s sole discretion, including the setting of eligibility conditions or the duration of the trial period. Before the trial period commences, you will be required to enter a payment method for your Subscription. In the case of purchasing a subscription that includes a trial period, Wolt may place a temporary charge or authorization hold of approx. 0.10 ₪ on your credit card, for the purpose of verifying the payment method. This amount will be canceled or refunded by Wolt to your credit card without delay.

2.9. Your Subscription will continue after the trial period, and you agree for us to charge your payment method at the monthly Subscription fee, unless you cancel your Subscription in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms of Service. The trial period will be offered on a one-time basis, and should the Subscription be terminated at any time and for any reason, you shall not be entitled to a trial period in any future Wolt + Subscription. 

2.10. You can view and manage your Subscription settings by tapping the tab Wolt+ in your user profile in the Wolt Service, including the primary payment method, cancelling the Subscription, information on your next billing date, previous payments, and the country where your Subscription is valid.

2.11. If you wish to activate your Organizational Subscription or change your current Subscription to an Organizational Subscription provided by the Customer Organization, you should have a Wolt for Work Account, and you should change the payment method of the Subscription on the Wolt Service according to the relevant instructions provided by Wolt and/or the Customer Organization. 

2.12. By commencing use of the Organizational Subscription, the Customer Organization confirms that it bears full responsibility for its duties as an employer, including tax obligations and their implications for its employees who use Wolt for Work Feature. Wolt is not responsible for any tax or other liability relating to the Customer Organization and its employees.

3. Cancelling your Subscription

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. You may cancel your subscription, in a simple and convenient way, in the Wolt+ tab of your user profile on the Wolt Service. It is also possible to cancel the Subscription by writing the customer service chat on the Wolt Service, by email to wolt@support.co.il, by registered mail addressed to Wolt Enterprises Israel Ltd., 8 HaMelacha st., Tel Aviv-Yafo 6721508, or by delivering a notice in person at the aforementioned address. The cancellation notice should include the full name and email address of the Subscription holder and/or any other details that Wolt may request for the purpose of cancelling the Subscription.

3.2. Cancelling the Subscription during the monthly billing period – The cancellation shall enter into effect within three business days of the date of receiving the cancellation notice, unless the notice is delivered by registered mail, in which case the cancellation shall enter into effect within six business days of Wolt receiving the notice. The Subscription fee shall be refunded to you less the cost of the Subscription services you consumed during the monthly billing period (i.e. the savings you accumulated from the Subscription), up to the maximum amount of the monthly Subscription fee. 

For example: If you requested to cancel your Subscription during a billing period in which the monthly Subscription fee was 49 ₪, during which you made two Eligible Orders in which you saved delivery fees at a total cost of 24 ₪, then the Subscription fee (49 ₪) will be refunded to you less the savings you accumulated (24 ₪) – i.e., a total of 25 ₪. On the other hand, if you made Eligible Orders during such billing period in which you saved delivery fees at a total cost of 50 ₪, you will not be eligible for any refund of the Subscription fee.

When you cancel your Subscription in the Wolt+ tab of your user profile on the Wolt Service, you will be able to see details on the refund you will receive from the Subscription fee (if any). For additional details on the refund calculation, click on the “Refund details” link.

3.3. Cancelling the Subscription at the end of the monthly billing period – You may choose to request to terminate your Subscription at the end of the monthly billing period. In this case, you will be charged the full monthly Subscription fee and you will be able to enjoy the Subscription offers until the end of the billing period. If you choose this option, the cancellation shall enter into effect at the end of the billing period or within three business days of the date of receiving the cancellation notice (or within six business days of receiving the notice by registered mail), whichever is later. 

Please note that if the amount of savings you have accumulated from your Subscription in such a monthly billing period is equal to or greater than the amount of the monthly Subscription fee, you will not be eligible for a refund by canceling the Subscription. Therefore, choosing to cancel the subscription at the end of the monthly billing period will allow you to continue enjoying the subscription offers until the end of that billing period.

4. Changes to the Subscription, termination of the subscription program

4.1. Wolt may change the terms of the Wolt+ Subscription service in Israel and/or cancel the Subscription and/or stop offering the Subscription at any time, at its sole discretion. Wolt shall notify the Subscription holder of any material change to these Terms of Service with 14 days' prior notice, on the Wolt Service or by email to the email address provided by the Subscription holder.

4.2. Any notice in connection with a change to the subscription fee shall be delivered by a 30-day advance notice.

4.3. If you do not agree to the changes to the terms of the Subscription, you may cancel the Subscription in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.

4.4. Wolt shall be entitled to cancel a User’s Subscription immediately if: (i) the User abuses the Wolt Service or the Subscription, or causes damage or harm to the use of the Wolt Service or to Wolt Partners or employees; (ii) Wolt has reasonable grounds to believe that the User committed fraudulent acts while using the Wolt Service or while using the Subscription, or (iii) the User does not otherwise comply with the obligations arising from these Terms of Service, the User Terms of Service and/or the applicable law, or (iv) for any other reason for which the Wolt Service may be canceled and/or suspended according to the User Terms of Service. Wolt reserves the right to claim compensation for damage incurred by it, including offsetting Subscription fees paid, in the event that the User performs one or more of the above actions.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. The Subscription and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons, and Wolt is not responsible for any such unavailability.  For the avoidance of doubt certain features or Wolt+ offers available to any User at a specific time, may not be available to all Users at the same time or at all times, and certain features or Wolt+ offers may only be available in the latest version of the Wolt App. 

5.2. The Wolt+ service and all information accessible through it are provided for informational purposes only, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, representations, declarations or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the Subscription or its availability. 

5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of the Subscription.

5.4. In case of any conflict between the Hebrew version of these Terms of Service and/or any other text in the Wolt Service and versions in other languages, then the Hebrew provisions shall prevail.
