✔ Be a self-employed business owner
✔ A vehicle (Car, motorbike, bike or scooter. Walking is available only in Tel Aviv.)
✔ A valid plastic driver's license or temporary license/theoretical driving exam (valid for bicycles/scooters)
✔ An Israeli ID card
✔ A smartphone with an Internet connection
