Required Documents
You'll need to upload documents at two stages during onboarding: identity verification and contract signing.
Stage 1 — Identity Verification
Pick the row that matches your situation and submit the document(s) listed.
Who you are | Documents to submit (one of) | Status |
LTU nationals (or Place of Birth = Lithuania) | LTU-issued Passport, or LTU-issued National ID card (front & back), or LTU-issued Driving Licence (front & back), or LTU-issued Non-EU Residence Permit card (pink) — only if Place of Birth is Lithuania, submitted as "National ID card" | Required |
EU / EEA citizens | LTU-issued EU Residence Permit card (white, front & back) | Required |
Non-EU citizens | LTU-issued Non-EU Residence Permit card (pink) (front & back), or LTU-issued Digital Residence Permit card | Required |
Car couriers (any nationality) | A valid driving licence with permit to drive a car, in addition to your identity document above | Car only — additional |
Stage 2 — Contract Details
LTU — Natural Person
IDV (Individual Activity Code)
Individual Activity Certificate — requested via the STI self-service platform Mano VMI
Use activity code 532000 when requesting your Individual Activity CertificateThe code 532000 ("Other postal and courier activities") is the one that matches Wolt courier work. Selecting the wrong code is the most common reason certificates have to be reissued.
LTU — Company
Company registration certificate — details on the certificate must match the contract details you fill out (legal name, registration number, address)
Important
Mismatched details between your registration certificate and your contract are the most common cause of signed-stage delays. Double-check legal name spelling, registration number and address before submitting. Please do not email personal documents — upload them securely through the Wolt Partner App.
