Ordering/exchanging gear

You can choose your delivery gear through the Wolt gear webshop: 👉 https://woltgear.lv/

In the webshop, you can:

  • Select a gear kit that matches the type of vehicle you use for deliveries, or

  • Choose individual gear items such as clothing and delivery bags.

Delivery bags are mandatory, while all other gear items are optional.

In Vilnius, you can choose whether you want your gear delivered by our delivery partners or picked up from the warehouse. In all other locations, gear orders are delivered via our delivery partners.

Replacing and returning gear

If you need replacement gear, please select the required items via the webshop.

Any gear you no longer need should be returned separately using the return form in the Wolt Partner App. After submitting the return form, our delivery partners will arrange the collection of the items from you.

Why is wearing gear important?

Sense of Community: It might sound small, but wearing Wolt gear can help foster a sense of community and connection. Safety and Identification: Some of the Wolt gear, like the jacket or bag, often has reflective material. This makes Wolt couriers-partners more visible on the road, especially at night or in bad weather, which helps keep couriers safe! Efficiency: Wolt gear can include functional elements designed for the specific needs of delivery activities, such as weather-resistant clothing, bags to keep food at the right temperature, and other gear that makes the delivery process smoother and more efficient!

How to clean your bag?

We recommend ensuring the orders are delivered with a neat bag!

A clean bag is essential to ensure good food quality and service. So, how effectively and how often should you maintain your bag? The most straightforward answer is that your bag should be cleaned daily before you start filling orders!

Only by keeping it clean after each delivery, removing food residues, and leaving it open to dry can you prevent the growth of bacteria in your basket!

Watch a short video below on how to clean and maintain your bag properly! You'll learn how to effectively carry out daily cleaning, get rid of stubborn stains, and the surest way to prepare for spills on the go.

Here is what you will need

When fulfilling orders: 1. Hand sanitizer - you interact with a lot of people and touch a lot of door handles when delivering orders. To limit the spread of bacteria, it is a good idea to wash and disinfect your hands frequently.

2. Antibacterial wipes - wet wipes not only help with personal hygiene, but are also great for spills on the go. After all, you don't want an accident to stop you in the middle of a rush hour, so we recommend always keeping a pack of wet wipes in the side pocket of your Wolt bag.

When orders are completed:

1. Hot water

2. Soap

3. Clean cloths, or sponges if the outside of the bag is dirty.

You can wash your bag like any other hard surface at home, but remember to clean the handles, zippers, and other parts that are often touched. After cleaning the bag, we recommend leaving it open (or partially open) to air out when not in use.

Once the bag is clean, it is important to store it in a place where it will remain clean. The ideal place should be well ventilated, dry, protected from animals and pests and safe.

How do I pack my equipment for return/exchange?

We would like to remind you that unused courier-partner equipment should be returned and made usable to other courier-partners who are waiting for the bags. There are a few important things we would like to ask you to do when you return the equipment:

* Pack your equipment as you originally received it. The equipment can be placed in a box or garbage bag and packed tightly so that the contents of the parcel are not visible during transport, nor is it damaged by environmental factors.

* Always try to get back to the couriers who want to pick up/drop off/exchange parcels from you to speed up the process and avoid having to organise a new request.

* If you can't pack your equipment - don't put the sticker on the outside of the bag, but instead wrap it around the carrying handle. Once the sticker is on the bag, it does not come off, or come off easily, and the bags themselves have to be cleaned later. Sometimes the sticker falls off in transit, making it difficult to trace the recipient.
