Sometimes life takes you to a new place - and we’re happy to help you continue delivering with Wolt there. Here’s how you can request a change to a different city or delivery area.
📍 Before You Request a Change
Please make sure that:
You won’t be delivering in your current area anymore.
You understand that each city can have different demand or peak hours.
Availability in some areas might be limited.
🔄 How to Request an Area Change
You might be able to switch between cities yourself under "Delivery area" in the main menu.
If you are unable to do so, send our support team a message below with the city you’d like to switch to, and we’ll see if there are any available spots in your preferred city! 💙
🚀 After Your Area Has Been Updated
Once the change is confirmed:
Review any local delivery tips and hotspots.
Get ready to get orders from new restaurants and shops!
