Ordering/exchanging gear


You can return or exchange your delivery gear in two ways: by post or in person at our warehouse.

Option 1: Return gear via Posti (free return)

Follow these steps to return your gear by post:

  1. Pack the gear properly Include a piece of paper with your:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Email address

  2. Go to a Posti return point (for example, an R-Kioski). You can find the nearest Posti location here: https://www.posti.fi/en/service-points-on-map

  3. Give the following details to Posti staff They will print a return label and send the package free of charge (you may need to pay for packaging):

    • Return number: 672183

    • Return address: Niemi Helsinki Paperitie 7 00390 Helsinki

  4. Send us the receipt After handing over the package, Posti will give you a receipt with a tracking number. Please take a photo of the receipt and send it to Support via chat in the Partner App.

Option 2: Return gear at the Niemi warehouse (Helsinki)

You can also return your gear in person at our central warehouse:

Returns are accepted during opening hours. Please remember to bring a valid personal ID.

If applicable, your gear deposit will be returned as part of your earnings in the Wolt Partner App at the end of the payment period.

Efficiency: Wolt gear can include functional elements designed for the specific needs of delivery activities, such as weather-resistant clothing, bags to keep food at the right temperature, and other gear that makes the delivery process smoother and more efficient!

Sustainability: Using Wolt gear can also support more sustainable delivery practices. Many items are designed for durability and reuse, reducing the need for frequent replacements. Additionally, insulated delivery bags help maintain food quality, which can minimize waste from spoiled orders. By choosing to use long-lasting, purpose-built gear, couriers contribute to a more efficient and environmentally conscious delivery ecosystem.
