Why Deliver with Wolt

Freedom & Flexibility

You decide when and where you want to deliver. Go online anywhere in your city during operating hours — no minimum hours, no mandatory shifts. Take breaks whenever you want, and go offline whenever you feel like it.

Choose Your Vehicle

Deliver by car, motorbike, e-bike, or bicycle — whichever suits you best. Your vehicle, your choice.

Fair Order Assignment

Wolt's algorithm matches orders to couriers based solely on location, vehicle type, and availability. No personal bias — just getting orders to customers as fast as possible. You're always free to accept or decline.

Required Documents

You'll need to upload documents at two stages during onboarding: identity verification and contract signing. Both stages are routed by your citizenship — find your row in the tables below.

Stage 1 — Identity Verification

Submit a selfie together with one of the identity documents listed for your citizenship tier.

Ukrainian driving licences accepted

As a special accommodation, Ukrainian-issued driving licences with type Bare also accepted for car deliveries in Denmark. This applies only to Ukrainian nationals — for everyone else the EU/EEA licence rule still applies.

What is a "Legitimationskort"?

The Legitimationskort is a Danish-issued photo ID card. It's accepted as a substitute identity document for Nordic citizens and Non-EU citizens who don't have a passport. EU/EEA citizens from outside the Nordics need either an EU passport or an EU National ID — the Legitimationskort cannot replace those.

Stage 2 — Personal Contract (Health Card + Residence)

For the signed stage, the documents you need depend on your citizenship. Health card here means the Danish public-health card (sundhedskort / yellow card).

Citizenship

What you need

Status

Nordic countries DNK, SWE, NOR, FIN, ISL

Health card only

Required

EU citizens (non-Nordic)

Health card + EU Residence letter

Required

Non-EU citizens

Health card + valid Residence Permit Card

Required

Don't have your health card yet?

The yellow health card (sundhedskort) is issued by your local Borgerservice when you register with CPR. If you've just moved to Denmark and your card hasn't arrived yet, contact Support through the Wolt Partner App — they can usually verify you with a CPR registration confirmation while you wait for the physical card.

Important

For Non-EU citizens, your Residence Permit Card must be valid for the full duration of your partnership— permits expiring within the next 30 days are the most common cause of signed-stage delays. Please do not email personal documents — upload them securely through the Wolt Partner App.
