Wolt Rewards Program - Germany

Terms and Conditions

The Wolt Rewards Program (“Program”) is owned and operated by Wolt Enterprises Deutschland GmbH, Stralauer Allee 6, 10245 Berlin ("Wolt," "we," "our," or "us"). These Wolt Rewards Program Terms ("Rewards Program Terms") are between You ("User," "Users," or "you") and Wolt and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Program is also subject to our User Terms of Service, and Wolt Privacy Statement, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements, and shall apply to and be incorporated herein by reference.  All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the User Terms of Service. The Rewards Program Terms, together with applicable terms related to any promotional offers provided to you for use with the Program, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolt related to the Program.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Eligible individuals who are registered Users of the Wolt Service become automatically enrolled to the Program. To remain eligible for the Program, you must maintain an active Wolt account (“Account”) with us.

Benefits

(1) Wolt Points

Users are eligible to receive Wolt Points ("Points") based on the total amount of the Item subtotal after applying any applicable discounts or promotions, as defined in more detail in the Wolt Service. Any other fees paid in connection with an Order, including but not limited to tips, delivery fee, service fee or other surcharges are excluded from the Item subtotal amount and do not accumulate Points.  Unless otherwise stated in the Wolt Service, Points may be received from all types of orders. Certain item specific restrictions may apply. Guests in a group order are not eligible to receive Rewards if they do not pay for the order in the Wolt Service. Users are eligible to accumulate Wolt Points only from eligible purchases. Certain purchases, such as orders including the purchase of tobacco, tobacco or nicotine products, smoker's items and accessories, baby formula, gift cards or charity donations are not eligible to accumulate Wolt Points.

(2) Challenges

Certain time-limited promotions, including but not limited to ordering from specific venues, adding specific items to your order, or completing a certain number of orders, may enable you to receive additional Points ("Challenges"). You must redeem the Points accumulated by completing Challenges as defined in more detail in the Wolt-Service.

(3) Finalization, Adjustment and Disclaimer

Points will be finalized and available in your Account when the Order has been completed, or in the case of Challenges, when you claim the Points in the Wolt Service. The conversion ratio and any additional rules of Points will be notified to you through the Wolt Service, which is subject to change from time to time at our sole discretion as stated in these Rewards Program Terms. Points earned through the Program are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged to cash or returned for another product or service, or subjected to a monetary refund, and you have no property rights in or to Points. Points credited to your Account will be nullified, decreased, or reversed if all or part of the purchase is returned, canceled, refunded, substituted, missing, or if the Points are obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Rewards Program Terms or the User Terms of Service as determined by us in our sole discretion. We are not responsible for Points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party. We are not responsible for Points that are lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed. The sale, barter, transfer, share, combining, or assignment of any Points offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited. Any applicable tax liabilities resulting from Points earned under the Program are the responsibility of the User. 

(4) Redemption

Users may redeem Points they validly possess towards orders in Germany. Points can be used interchangeably with local currency in accordance with the rules of Wolt at the time the User finalizes the purchase process by making a payment to Wolt. Points may not be redeemed for certain purchases, such as orders including the purchase of tobacco, tobacco or nicotine products, smoker's items and accessories, baby formula, gift cards or charity donations.

(5) Points Expiration

Points will expire based on User activity, such as, using Points, receiving Points or earning Points by completing Challenges (“Qualifying Activity”). The expiry date of your Points is dynamic and is recalculated following each Qualifying Activity. If you have not had a Qualifying Activity in three consecutive months, all of your Points will automatically expire on the first day of the following month. Please note that upon expiry, all Points will be removed from your Account and cannot be reclaimed or used after that. You can always check the expiry date in the Wolt Service. 

Termination and Modification

(1) The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. Wolt may update or terminate the Rewards Program Terms and the Program at its sole discretion. We will however not make substantial changes to the Rewards Program Terms or limit your rights under the Rewards Program Terms without providing a notice thereof. Wolt shall notify the User of the changes to the Rewards Program Terms in general at least six weeks in advance before the amended Rewards Program Terms enter into force. The User can accept a corresponding amendment of the Rewards Program Terms by continuing to use the Wolt App or by placing an Order over the Wolt-Service. 

(2) Upon the closure of your Account, Points will be removed from your Account. Removed Points are no longer redeemable and cannot be used toward any order.
