This form is intended for law enforcement and government authorities to request data disclosures from Wolt. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are an authorized law enforcement or government representative acting in your official capacity, and that any information obtained will be used exclusively for active investigations or public safety purposes. The form is strictly reserved for use by law enforcement and government personnel authorized to collect evidence in connection with official legal proceedings. The legal basis of the request will be examined.
