Think of Wolt as your convenience store delivery app. By featuring your business on the Wolt App, local customers will easily be able to discover and browse your offerings — just like they do with restaurants and other businesses. You can also tap into Wolt marketing tools and run promotional campaigns to attract new and existing customers.

Businesses receive a notification when a customer has placed an order. You’ll have the opportunity to accept the order and confirm the estimated prep and delivery time on the tablet. Then, simply prepare the order and hand it off to a Wolt Courier Partner for delivery. Customers can track order progress through the Wolt platform in real-time.

Once you provide us with your inventory file (excel/CSV or POS extract) including GTINs, item name, pricing and VAT information, We'll take it from there to create your store page on Wolt.

As a business you have the ability to manage your available inventory through our Merchant Portal and/or Picker App as well as fully integrated through an API to your systems. Simply mark items as out of stock as you run out of them and you won't receive any orders for that item until you have reactivated it.

You can change your store's details including operating hours on the Merchant Portal. Alternatively, Merchant support services are ready to assist you should you need to modify your standard operating hours at any point in time.
