Wolt Storefront

No, you don’t need to be an existing Wolt Merchant partner to use Storefront. Just sign up here, and we’ll guide you through our easy onboarding process.

You can get started by reaching out to us here.

To make updates, simply:

• Log into Merchant Admin Portal

• Navigate to your Merchant page

• Create or make any menu updates to your Storefront venues.

Note: current Storefront and your Marketplace listing use different menus so you will need to manage both through the tool. Hours are configured individually by your Storefront venue so go to the venue tab and make the hours changes under Business Details.

• We recommend adding the Storefront link to your website in your navigation bar or as an "Order Online" button. You can also drive online orders by adding your Storefront link across all of your marketing channels, including social media profiles, posts, and Google My Business.

• If you don't have a website, your Storefront page can serve as your online presence — just promote it across your marketing channels. That said, we’ve found that businesses tend to see better results when they have their own website.

​​You can choose to receive and manage Storefront orders through a Wolt tablet or integrate them directly with your POS system

Delivery orders placed through Storefront will be handled by Wolt couriers, or you can use your own drivers with Wolt Self-Delivery. Pickup orders will be collected by customers at your store.

Wolt supports payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

You will receive monthly direct deposits from Wolt.
