Your guide to Wolt merchant payout reports

A straightforward explanation of Wolt merchant payout reports and common payment questions.

Overview

At Wolt, clarity matters — especially with your hard-earned cash. Ever wondered what all those reports really mean? This guide helps you quickly understand your payout reports and handle common payment questions, no jargon overload.

Your reports explained

Your reports are straightforward once you know what you’re looking at. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Wolt invoice: This is Wolt’s bill to you, covering commissions, and any applicable delivery and service fees, campaign costs, platform fees, equipment charges, etc.

  • Merchant invoice: Issued by you (the merchant) to Wolt, listing the goods Wolt has purchased directly from your venue (applicable if Wolt is reselling the goods to customers) and any charges for reimbursements.

  • Payout report: Think of this as your paycheck. It is a summary of the information in the Wolt and Merchant invoices and shows your total net payout.

  • Sales report: Gives you a clear breakdown of what you’ve sold including applicable VAT and any related fees that might apply.

Let’s say you made €1,000 in sales, your Wolt Invoice might list a €300 commission. Your Sales Report then confirms your net sales as €700, and your Payout Report confirms this is the amount coming your way.
