Wolt+ Weeks Raffle Terms & Conditions - Denmark

1. Introduction. By participating in the Wolt+ Weeks Raffle (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as Wolt’s Terms of Service, available at https://explore.wolt.com/da/dnk/terms.

2. Organiser. The Competition is organised by Wolt Danmark ApS, a company registered under Danish law under CVR no. 37 54 04 47, with its registered address at Ny Carlsberg Vej 79, 1799 Copenhagen, Denmark.

3. Eligibility. The Competition is open to users with an active Wolt+ subscription in Denmark.

4. Competition Period. The Competition begins on September 17 2026 at 00:00 (CEST) and ends on October 7 2026 at 23:59 (CEST) (the "Competition Period"). The Competition Period is divided into three separate weekly competition periods (each referred to as a "Weekly Draw"):

Weekly Draw 1: September 17 2026, 00:00 – September 23 2026, 23:59 Weekly Draw 2: September 24 2026, 00:00 – September 2026 30, 23:59 Weekly Draw 3: October 1 2026, 00:00 – October 7 2026, 23:59

5. How to Enter. To participate in the Competition, you must:

Add the promo code W+26 at checkout under the "Redeem code" section and then place and complete at least one valid Wolt+ order via the Wolt app during the relevant Weekly Draw.

Each valid order will only be entered into the Weekly Draw corresponding to the time at which the order is completed. To participate in all three Weekly Draws, you must complete at least one valid order during each draw period.

6. Prize. Up to DKK 370 off each valid grocery order placed with grocery stores available under the "Groceries" section of the Wolt app and website in Denmark for 1 year (365 days), up to a total maximum prize value of DKK 37,000 (the "Prize"). A minimum order value applies and is specified in the individual grocery partner’s menu.

7. Winner Selection. Three (3) winners will be selected, one (1) winner per Weekly Draw. The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period no later than October 14 2026. The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact details registered to their Wolt account within 30 days of the draw. Each winner will receive one (1) Prize.

8. How to Redeem the Prize. The winner will receive one (1) Prize, meaning up to DKK 370 off each valid grocery order (applicable only to the total value of the items and excluding restricted items, service fees, delivery fees, tips, donations, or any other applicable consumer fees) placed via the Wolt app for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date the Prize is activated.

The discount is only valid on orders placed with grocery stores available under the "Groceries" section of the Wolt app or website in Denmark and will apply until either (i) the total value of discounts awarded reaches DKK 37,000, or (ii) the 365-day validity period expires, whichever occurs first.

The discount may only be applied to eligible grocery items and cannot be used to purchase age-restricted products, gift cards, or other products prohibited or restricted under applicable law or Wolt’s policies; such products are excluded from the discount.

The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or redeemed in any other form.

The Prize may be subject to taxes, duties and/or reporting obligations under applicable law. The winner is solely responsible for any such taxes, duties and costs, except where mandatory law requires Wolt (the local Wolt entity organising the Competition in the winner’s country of registration) to report and/or pay amounts in connection with the awarding of the Prize.

Where required by law, Wolt may request information and documentation reasonably necessary to comply with tax and reporting obligations (including tax identification information). The winner agrees to cooperate with Wolt to enable the necessary compliance.

9. General Terms. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, temporarily suspend and/or modify the Competition, or any part thereof, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or whom Wolt determines is tampering with the operation of the Competition or acting in breach of these terms and conditions in a disruptive manner.

10. Personal Data. Wolt’s Privacy Statement, available at https://explore.wolt.com/da/dnk/privacy, governs all processing of your personal data in connection with this Competition.

11. Governing Law. The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent district courts of Denmark.
