How Best of Wolt works

Best of Wolt is built around the performance metrics that matter most to customers: quality and service.

Your level is reassessed monthly

On the first day of each month, your level is reassessed based on your performance over the last two complete calendar months.

Your level is based on key performance metrics

These metrics reflect the customer experience and include rating, uptime, lateness, cancellations or unfulfilled items for supermarkets.

You need to meet the criteria across all relevant metrics

Your overall level is based on the metric where you have the most room to improve. To qualify for a higher level, all relevant metrics need to meet that level’s criteria.

Your level stays the same for the month

Once your new level is assigned, it stays the same for that month and is reassessed again at the start of the next month.

What merchants are measured on

These are the main performance areas that shape your level. Together, they reflect the parts of the customer experience you can influence most directly: quality and reliability.

Rating

This reflects the quality of the experience your venue delivers. We use your food rating — or for non-food venues, your goods rating — not the delivery rating.

Unavailable time

This measures how often your venue was available for orders during its scheduled opening hours.

Rejections

This looks at avoidable rejected or missed orders that were in your control.

Orders with unfulfilled items

For supermarkets, this replaces rejection rate and looks at orders where at least one item was marked as missing.

Late orders

Measures the % of orders prepared more than 2.5 minutes later than committed and compares whether your preparation time (set by you or Wolt) is higher than your venue benchmark.
