Increase orders with promotions

Once you’re a Wolt partner, log into the Merchant Portal and navigate to the Campaigns tab and click "New campaign". Choose the type of campaign you want to run based on your goals. Customize your promotion details, set a duration and launch your campaign. After your campaign is live, view its performance in the Campaigns tab in the Merchant Portal. You can make adjustments or end your campaign at any time.

Your target audience will see your promotion when they visit your store, on the "Offers near you" carousel found on the Discovery page, and in searches. When a promotion is running, a corresponding badge is added to those locations.

You can target new or all customers by selecting from the following promotions: - Discount for Customers: Attract new customers or win back inactive customers with a percentage or ALL amount discount. Set a minimum subtotal to increase ticket sizes. - 0 ALL Delivery Fee for New Customers: Entice customers by covering the delivery fee when they place an order from your business. - Offer Free or Discounted Items: Offer customers a free or discounted item from your menu like "buy one get 1 free" to encourage customers to buy certain products.

No, you don't. Promotions are designed for busy merchants with varying levels of marketing experience. Visit the Campaigns tab in the Merchant Portal and we’ll guide you through the creation of your promotion. Once your promotion is live, you’ll easily be able to make adjustments and monitor its performance in the Merchant Portal. To create a campaign, users will need to have Access Role of "Merchant Owner" or "Venue Owner".

You only pay for confirmed orders placed through your promotion. That means your campaign investment result in actual sales — not just clicks or impressions. The cost of the promotion will be deducted from the following payment made by Wolt.
