Access valuable analytics and insights

You can log in to the Merchant Portal to view your Wolt sales and order data. On the main business insights page, you will see an overview of main metrics. You can also drill down into specific reports that you can filter for specific metrics, timeframes and products, depending on the Wolt product you use:

• Performance report: shows total sales, total orders, average basket size and average basket items, as well as order by delivery type.

• Operations report: show number and share of rejected orders, punctuality metrics, preparation time and more.

• Customer base report: shows total customers, returning customers and new customers in a selected time frame, including a comparison of sales to your new vs. returning customers.

• Ratings and reviews: total reviews, positive/negative ratings and rating by venue.
