We guarantee the following minimum shelf lives:

• 🥛 Milk: delivery day + 3 days

• 🥚 Eggs: delivery day + 5 days

• 🍖 Fresh meat and poultry: delivery day + 2 days

• 🥓 Cold cuts: delivery day + 5 days

• 🐟 Fresh fish: delivery day + 2 days

• 🐠 Smoked and cured fish: delivery day + 4 days

The shelf lives listed above are minimum guarantees. The actual shelf life is often longer.

If the quality doesn’t meet expectations (e.g. damaged or spoiled), we’ll replace or refund the product.

If a product you purchased from Wolt Market doesn’t meet our Freshness Guarantee, you can request a refund by contacting Wolt customer support through the Wolt app or website no later than the day after delivery. Please be ready to provide the necessary product details for the refund process.

Refunds do not apply to items sold at a “short expiry” discount.

To help reduce food waste, Wolt Market partners with local charities to donate products that have passed their sell-by date but are still safe to eat.
