Grocery delivery

Customers browse your store and select items to purchase through the Wolt App. After they check out, it's over to you and your staff to pick the items in the order. Once ready, a Wolt Courier Partner delivers the order to the customer. We will also provide you with tools to help you have a smooth picking process.

Yes! Partnering with Wolt isn't an all-or-nothing choice. In fact, some shops see partnering with Wolt as a way to expand their grocery delivery services—and boost local reach and visibility.

Grocers send Wolt inventory files, or exports from their POS systems, to update their stock on Wolt. Alternatively, we offer out-of-the-box integrations and custom API integrations.

Wolt works with grocery stores as well as cheese shops, spice shops, tea shops, candy shops, olive oil shops, health food stores, produce shops, and more.

If an item is out of stock, the picker will notice during the picking process. Customers can choose if they want a replacement or a refund for a missing item. If possible, we advise you to replace the missing item with an alternative product. In the exceptional case that all items ordered are out of stock, you can reject the order with the help of our Customer Support.

On the Wolt App, grocery item prices are set by the merchant to reflect in-store pricing. As for the businesses themselves, there are a variety of Wolt products to choose from, enabling every business to design a partnership that works best for their unique needs. There is no activation fee for signing up; for being on the app, merchants pay a commission fee that covers delivery driver costs, and customer service costs, and a tablet fee if they choose to use it.
