Getting started is straightforward. Once your company signs the agreement, you set up your benefits in the Wolt Benefits admin portal. For each benefit, you define key details such as budget, limits and eligibility.

Each benefit is configured in just a few steps and becomes available once saved.

From there, everything is managed in one place. You have full visibility into benefit usage, along with clear reporting and invoicing to support payroll and finance processes.

Once your benefits are set up, your employees receive an invitation to activate Wolt Benefits.

During activation, they can set up how they want to pay:

• Add a virtual Wolt Benefits card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for payments in the Wolt app and in physical venues

• Order a physical Wolt Benefits card (optional) if they prefer to pay with card in person

• Add a personal payment method for purchases that exceed the benefit balance

Instead, your company receives a monthly invoice based on the benefits your employees have used.
