Wolt+ Weeks Raffle Terms & Conditions - Estonia

1. Introduction. By participating in the Wolt+ Weeks Raffle (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as Wolt’s User Terms of Service available at https://explore.wolt.com/en/est/terms.

2. Organizer.  The Contest is organized by Wolt Eesti Oü, a company registered under the laws of Estonia and under number 14044231, having its registered office located Maakri tn 23a, Tallinn 10145, Harjumaa, Eesti.

3. Eligibility. This competition is open to users with an active Wolt+ subscription in Estonia.

4. Campaign Duration.  Contest Period. The Contest begins on September 17, 2026 at 00:00 [(EET)] and ends on October 7, 2026 at 23:59 [(EET)] (the "Contest Period"). The Contest Period is divided into two separate competition periods (each a "Raffle Period"):

   1. Raffle Period 1: September 17, 2026, 00:00 – September 27, 2026, 23:59

   2. Raffle Period 2: September 28, 2026, 00:00 – October 7, 2026, 23:59 

5. How to Enter. To participate in the Contest, you need to: 

   1. Add the promo code W+EST26 at checkout in the dedicated section “Redeem Code” then place and successfully complete at least one eligible Wolt+ order through Wolt app during the applicable Raffle Period period; 

   2. Each eligible order is entered only into the Raffle Period corresponding to the time the order is successfully completed. To participate in all three Raffle Periods, you must complete at least one eligible order during each Raffle Period period. to To participate in all Raffle Periods, you must complete at least one eligible order during each Raffle Period period.

6. Prizes. Up to €50 discount each eligible grocery order placed at Grocery stores available under the "Grocery section” on Wolt’s App and website in Estonia for 1 year (365 days), up to a maximum total prize value of EUR 5,000 (the “Prize”). A minimum order amount applies and is specified on each grocery merchant menu. 

7. Selecting the Winner. Two (2) winners will be selected, one (1) winner per Raffle Period. The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period no later than 14 October 2026. The winner will be notified by email and phone, using the contact details registered on their Wolt account, within 30 days of the draw. Each winner will receive one (1) Prize.

8. How to Redeem the Prizes. The winner will receive one (1) Prize, i.e. they will receive up to €50 off each eligible grocery order (applicable only on total items amount and excluding restricted items and excluding service fees, delivery fees, tips and donations or any other applicable consumer fees) placed through the Wolt app for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date the prize is activated. The discount is valid only on orders placed at Grocery stores available under the "Grocery section” on the Wolt App or website in Estonia and will apply until either (i) the total value of discounts granted reaches €5,000, or (ii) the 365-day validity period expires, whichever occurs first. The discount may only be applied to eligible grocery products and cannot be used to purchase age-restricted products, gift cards, or any other products that are prohibited or restricted under applicable law or Wolt's policies, which will be excluded from the discount. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or redeemed in any other form. The prize may be subject to taxes, duties and/or reporting requirements under applicable laws. The winner is responsible for any such taxes, duties and charges, except where mandatory law requires Wolt (the local Wolt entity organizing the Contest in the winner's country of registration) to report and/or pay amounts in connection with awarding the prize. Where required by law, Wolt may request information and documentation reasonably necessary to comply with tax and reporting obligations (including tax identification details). The winner agrees to cooperate with Wolt to facilitate any required compliance. 

9. General Conditions. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions in a disruptive manner.

10. Privacy. Wolt’s privacy statement available at https://explore.wolt.com/en/est/privacy will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this contest.

11. Governing Law. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent district courts of Estonia.
