What is the Freshness Guarantee?
At Wolt, we want your weekly grocery shop to feel as fresh as if you picked it yourself. If any fruit or vegetable in your order does not meet your expectations, we will make it right. If you are not satisfied, you will receive a refund in Wolt credits.

How it works
If something is not fresh enough, contact Wolt Support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your claim and, if eligible, issue a full credit refund for the affected items, up to 20€ per order.
What is included
Fresh fruits
Fresh vegetables
Items that arrive damaged, bruised, poor in quality, or otherwise not meeting your expectations
What is not included
Claims submitted later than 48 hours after delivery
Items stored incorrectly after delivery
Suspected misuse or fraud
Non-fresh categories such as pantry goods, beverages, or household items
Refund method
Refunds are provided only as Wolt Credits and only up to a maximum amount of 20€ per order. Wolt Credits are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Orders paid via Klarna will be refunded with the same payment method and not as Wolt Credits. In all other respects, Section 3.4 of the Wolt User Terms of Service and Sale applies.
Participating stores
The Freshness Guarantee is valid only at our Grocery/Supermarket venues.
Additional information
Wolt may modify or end the campaign at any time. Abuse of the offer may result in refusal of future refunds. By submitting a claim, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In all other respects, Wolt's User Terms of Service and Sale apply.
