Wolt Merchant Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Wolt Enterprises Deutschland GmbH, Stralauer Allee 6, 10245 Berlin, Germany, Company ID HRB 217122 B (“Wolt”) for the Wolt Merchant Referral Program (“Program”) apply to all existing Wolt merchants (“Referrers”) who refer new restaurants or merchants (“Referred Merchant”) to join the Wolt platform. No other terms and conditions shall apply to the Program unless the Parties have expressly agreed to their applicability in writing.
1. General
The Wolt Merchant Referral Program allows existing Wolt merchants to refer new restaurants or merchants to join the Wolt platform. Successful referrals are eligible for a monetary reward, subject to the terms and conditions below.
By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Referrer must be an existing Wolt merchant in good standing at the time of referral.
The Referred Merchant must:
Not be currently live on Wolt; and
Not have been previously onboarded or contracted with Wolt under any other name or legal entity.
Wolt employees, contractors, and their family members are not eligible to participate.
Wolt reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the Referrer and Referred Merchant at any time.
3. How to Submit a Referral
Referrals must be submitted exclusively through the official Wolt Referral Form.
All mandatory fields in the referral form must be completed accurately.
The Referrer must read and accept these Terms & Conditions before submitting the referral.
Referrals made through any other channel (e.g., social media, email, verbal) will not be considered eligible.
4. Reward Structure
The reward amount is 500€ + VAT per successful referral who meets the eligibility criteria. 5. Reward Eligibility Criteria
A referral becomes eligible for payout only when all of the following conditions are met:
The Referred Merchant is live on the Wolt platform.
The Referred Merchant has completed 28 days of operations.
The Referred Merchant has achieved a minimum of 12 completed orders within that 28-day period.
Only if these three milestones have been achieved and verified will the referral be considered as eligible for payment.
6. Payment Process
Eligible referrals are validated and tracked through Wolt’s internal systems
Eligibility data will be reviewed bi-weekly and forwarded to Finance for payments
Payments are processed through Wolt’s internal payment system, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Once a referral is confirmed as eligible, payout request report will be provided every end of month and payout to be executed mid month of the following month.
Payments will be made to the Referrer’s registered bank account as per Wolt’s records.
Wolt reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if eligibility cannot be verified or if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
7. General Conditions
Rewards are subject to applicable taxes and may be reported to tax authorities as required by law.
Wolt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Wolt’s decision on eligibility, reward calculation, and payment validation is final and binding.
Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the Program, including submitting inaccurate or misleading information, will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
8. Data Protection
By submitting a referral, the Referrer acknowledges and agrees that Wolt will process their personal data (and that of the Referred Merchant) solely for the purposes of operating and administering the Referral Program, in accordance with Wolt’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
