You’ll receive a badge on your venue page that shows customers you’re reliable, consistent, and worth coming back to.

How to qualify
We’ll track performance across the last two months, and qualifying venues will be awarded the badge for the following one-month period.
Rating at least 8.4 on average: Your average customer rating should stay above 8.4. Keep customers happy with great selection, packaging, and service.
Open times >95% of scheduled hours: You should be open and receiving orders during at least 95% of your scheduled hours. Keep your hours updated and stay online.
Order rejections less than 1.5%: Less than 1.5% of your orders should be rejected. Check item availability and device connection to avoid missed orders.
Minimum volume 40 orders over two months: At least 40 orders over the last 2 months that are accepted, prepared, and handed over successfully.
Price markup less than 5%: Your prices on Wolt should be consistent with prices for dine-in, with maximum average markup of 5%. Markup is the percentage difference between the price you charge on Wolt versus the price you charge when customers dine-in.
