Wolt takes care of all end-customer support for your Storefront orders, including inquiries, refunds, and technical issues. You focus on running your business. We handle everything else.

You can simply share the same menu and opening hours as your Wolt Marketplace venue! If you need to make specific updates:

• Log into the Merchant Portal

• Navigate to your Merchant page

• Create or update your Storefront menus

Note: Opening hours are set per Storefront venue. To update them, go to the Venue tab and adjust your hours under Business Details.

We recommend adding your Storefront link to your website navigation or as an “Order Online” button. You can also: 

• Share the link on Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels 

• Add it to your Google Business profile as your preferred online ordering method

• Place QR codes in your store for skip-the-line ordering

You can receive and manage Storefront orders through a Wolt tablet or integrate directly with your POS system, just like any Wolt order you accept today!

Delivery orders can be handled by Wolt couriers, your own (Wolt Self-Delivery), or both in a hybrid model. Pickup orders are collected by customers at your store. Skip-the-line in-store orders are placed through a QR code at your store for faster pickup or dine in experience.

Wolt supports payments via credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

You can choose to receive payouts weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every six days.

Yes! Reach out to your Wolt contact to receive QR codes you can place in your restaurant for “Skip the Line” digital orders.

Yes! Running campaigns for delivery, pickup, or in-store orders is easy and can be done from your Merchant Admin Portal, just like you already do for your Wolt Marketplace venue.

No. Your existing equipment or integrations will work. No need for new training for your staff.
