What is the Better Cities Program?
As part of our efforts to reduce carbon emissions from deliveries, the Better Cities Program is a sustainable financing program that enables courier partners to apply for an affordable lease on a new electric cargo bike!
The VOK electric cargo bike is a game changer for courier partners as they enable you to access a larger variety of tasks than a regular bike and essentially reduce the need for cars in city centers. In 2025, we’ll be expanding the vehicle types offered as part of the BCP, so stay tuned.

Meet the Vok S
Hailing from Estonia, this electric cargo bike is classified as an electric bike and does not require a driver’s license. You can drive it on bike lanes and park it like you would a regular bicycle. It has a roof and been tested (with great results) in several markets where snowy or rainy conditions are common!

Monthly service and inspection including replacement of all standard and wearable parts

The normal value of this offer is €500 / month but thanks to the BCF, and if you’re approved, you can access it for just €225 / month. That’s a savings of almost 50% or more than €4500 on a 36 month term.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis starting from October 31st 2024 with the goal of having all vehicles deployed within 30 calendar days from the date you’re approved.
