Shiso Burger isn’t your typical burger spot.
This restaurant blends classic burgers with Asian flavors. From soy marinated beef patties to salmon fillets and crunchy tofu, all in between their pillowy sesame buns. Often imitated, never duplicated.
Before 2020, Shiso Burger was all about the dine-in experience. Customers loved watching cooks grind meat by hand and flip burgers to be served in their signature bamboo baskets since 2013.
