Say hello to Wolt Rewards

Wolt Rewards is our customer loyalty program. With Wolt Rewards, you can earn points with every order, collect bonus points by completing challenges, and redeem points for purchases and exclusive discounts on Wolt.

If you have a Wolt account, you’ll automatically gain access to Wolt Rewards if it's enabled in your country and you are a part of the testing group. 

We strive to include as many users in the testing group as possible, although the capability is currently limited. If you can’t access Wolt Rewards in an eligible country just yet, please bear with us until we can open the program to all users!

You earn points by placing orders on Wolt. The number of points you earn depends on the value of your order and your current level. Each time you level up, you earn more points for every order.

In addition to placing orders, you can gain bonus points by completing challenges!

Challenges are like quests that help you earn points! There are new challenges to complete every month. Active challenges are located in the Wolt Rewards page, which you can access through the Wolt Rewards banner in your profile.

Think of levels as milestones on your Wolt Rewards journey. As you progress through levels, you’ll unlock new challenges to earn more rewards and accumulate points at a faster rate than before. There are four levels in total. To level up, collect the points target within a given timeframe. You can your level progress by visiting the Rewards page via the Wolt Rewards banner in your profile.

You can easily view and redeem your collected points on the Wolt Rewards page. Simply tap the Wolt Rewards banner in your profile. Where points can be redeemed may vary depending on specific challenges and participating venues.

Points will expire if there's been no activity on your account for 3 months.

Track your progress by visiting the Wolt Rewards page. You can see your collected points, check your level status, view ongoing challenges, and redeem rewards.
