Wolt Ads - Merchant Winter Contest Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the Wolt Ads - Winter Contest (the “Contest”).
2. Organizer
The Contest is organized by the local Wolt entity in the country where the merchant operates, provided that country is included in the list of participating markets for this Contest.
3. Eligibility
This competition is valid for Wolt’s merchant partners in the following markets: AUT, AZE, CZE, DEU, EST, FIN, GRC, JPN, KAZ, and NOR, who are already registered at Wolt but have not used Wolt Ads between September 1st, 2025 and November 30th, 2025.
4. Campaign duration
The Contest begins on 01 December 2025 at 00:00 and ends on 28 February 2026 at 23:59 (“Contest Period”).
5. How to enter
To qualify for the Contest, you need tot:
Log into the Merchant Portal at merchant.wolt.com
Set up a paid Ad Campaign via the Self-Service tool with the duration set as “Always on” for the desired venue(s)
The campaign must be live during the Contest Period
Please note that in order to qualify for the Contest, the Ad Campaign must be paid for by you - only using a free trial offered by Wolt does not make you eligible to participate in the Contest. Creating several campaigns for the same merchant partner will not increase your chances of winning. There is no minimum budget required in order to qualify. The campaign start date must be during the Contest Period.
For merchant partners in Japan: in order to enter, your minimum spend for the Ad Campaign is 5,000 JPY in total.
6. Prizes
For all countries:
First prize: 1,000 EUR (or equivalent in local currency)
For Japan the first prize is limited to 100,000 JPY
Participation prize: 100 EUR in Promo Credits (500 winners globally; credit expires in 30 days if unused)
7. Booster
No booster applies to this edition.
8. Selecting the winner
Winners will be selected via random electronic draws from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. There will be one draw to determine the first-place winners (1 per country). Additionally, there will be another draw to select the winners of the Participation prize (500 winners globally). The draws will take place in March 2026, and winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 30 days of the draw.
9. Publicity
Wolt may publish the names of prize winners on its social media or internal channels.
10. How to redeem the prizes
The cash prize will be paid out to one winner per country by bank transfer. The winners will be contacted using the email address and telephone number they have registered with Wolt. Payment will be made to the bank account associated with the merchant’s Wolt profile within a few business days of confirmation.
The Promo Credit prizes will be applied automatically to the eligible merchants’ Wolt Ads account within the Merchant Portal. These credits must be used within 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused credits will expire and cannot be redeemed or extended.
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes due upon receiving a prize. If Wolt is required to pay any taxes on behalf of a winner, such amounts will be calculated in addition to the prize value to ensure the winner receives the full prize as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
11. General conditions
Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions in a disruptive manner.
12. Privacy
Wolt’s Privacy Statement available on wolt.com will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this contest.
13. Governing law
The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of registration, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
