Wolt Benefits is a digital employee benefits solution that brings lunch, sports and culture benefits, Wolt+, and more into one simple system for your company to manage. Employees can use their benefits in the Wolt app or pay with a virtual or physical Wolt Benefits Visa card at restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and cultural venues such as cinemas, museums and concerts. If a purchase exceeds the benefit balance, the rest is automatically charged to the employee’s personal payment card in the same transaction.

Employees can use their benefits both in the Wolt app and in physical venues. Typical use cases include:

This allows employees to use their benefits in everyday situations.

You can pay with Wolt Benefits in several ways:

• Directly in the Wolt app

• Physical Wolt Benefits Visa card

• Virtual card via Apple Pay or Google Pay

This allows you to use their benefits both in-app and in physical venues.

Once your benefits are set up, your employees receive an invitation to activate Wolt Benefits. During activation, they can set up how they want to pay:

• Add a virtual Wolt Benefits card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for payments in the Wolt app and in physical venues

• Order a physical Wolt Benefits card (optional) if they prefer to pay with card in person

• Add a personal payment method for purchases that exceed the benefit balance

Once activated, employees can use their benefits in the Wolt app or pay in person at restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and cultural venues. If a purchase exceeds the benefit limit, the remaining amount is automatically charged in the same transaction.
