Wolt Autonomous Delivery Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction. By participating in the Wolt Autonomous Delivery Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please see How to Enter for details.

2. Organizer. The Contest is organized by Wolt Oy, Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 21, 00100 Helsinki (“Wolt”).

3. Eligibility. This Contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older who have a valid Wolt account registered in Finland and who receive robot or drone delivery services within supported delivery areas.

4. Campaign Duration. The Contest begins on 1 December 2025 at 00:00 and ends on 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (“Contest Period”).

5. How to Enter. To participate in the Contest, you need to place an order on Wolt during the Contest Period where you select robot delivery or drone delivery. Each successfully delivered order equals one (1) contest entry. Cancelled orders do not qualify as entries.

6. Prizes. A total of 10 winners will each receive €50 in voucher, sent by email to the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted unless required by law or for reasons outside Wolt’s control.

7. Selecting the Winner and Redeeming the Prize. The winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period within 14 days after the Contest Period. The winners will be notified by email (to the email address registered to their Wolt account) within 30 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Wolt reserves the right to select a new winner.

8. General Conditions. Wolt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, at any time upon written notice to the participants. Wolt reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant who does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or who it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy. Wolt’s privacy statement available on wolt.com will govern any processing of your personal data in connection with this contest.

10. Governing Law. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent district courts of Finland.
