30 Day Grocery Trial Pass – Terms & Conditions
What is the 30 Day Trial Pass?
The 30 Day Trial Pass gives eligible users selected benefits when ordering from participating grocery and convenience stores in Hanover, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach.
The benefits available to you depend on the city and participating store from which you order.
How it works
The Trial Pass can be activated between 5 August 2026 and 7 September 2026, inclusive.
Once activated, the Trial Pass is valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of activation.
The available benefits will be displayed in the Wolt app. Eligible discounts and fee reductions will be applied automatically at checkout.
What is included?
During the 30-day validity period, eligible orders from participating stores receive:
€0 delivery fees
€0 service fees
Delivery within one hour, subject to availability and the conditions described below
In addition, the following city-specific product benefit applies:
Hanover, Cologne and Düsseldorf
50% off eligible fruit and vegetable products from selected participating supermarkets.
Leverkusen and Bergisch Gladbach
50% off eligible snack and drink products from selected participating convenience stores.
Only products marked as eligible in the Wolt app are included in the percentage discount.
Delivery within one hour
Eligible orders are intended to be delivered within one hour. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors including the participating store’s opening hours, product availability, order volume, courier availability, traffic, weather, delivery distance and the delivery address.
The delivery time shown in the Wolt app is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

The Trial Pass is valid only at selected participating stores in:
Hanover
Cologne
Düsseldorf
Leverkusen
Bergisch Gladbach
Participating stores, eligible products and the benefits available in each city are identified in the Wolt app. Availability may depend on the user’s delivery address.
What is not included?
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Wolt app, the Trial Pass does not cover:
Small-order fees
Tips
Additional charges or surcharges
Products not marked as eligible for the percentage discount
Orders from non-participating stores
Age-restricted products are excluded unless expressly marked as eligible in the Wolt app.
Minimum order values (25€), delivery areas and store-specific conditions may continue to apply.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user. It may not be combined with another offer or discount applying to the same products or fees, unless otherwise stated in the Wolt app.
Additional information
The Trial Pass is available only to eligible users to whom the offer is displayed in the Wolt app.
Wolt may modify or end the campaign where reasonably necessary. Wolt may refuse, suspend or withdraw the offer in the event of suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation or technical error.
In all other respects, Wolt’s User Terms of Service and Sale apply.
