Common printer issues
Printer prints blank paper
Solution:
Check if the thermal paper is loaded upside down. Remove, flip, and reload it.
Make sure you’re using thermal paper, not regular receipt paper.
Printer shows a solid red light 🔴
Solution:
The printer is out of paper. Reload thermal paper.
If paper is loaded but the light stays red, remove and reload it to ensure proper alignment.
Printer doesn’t print
Solution:
Make sure the printer is turned on.
On the tablet, go to Settings → Bluetooth and check that it’s On.
Ensure your printer shows as Connected. If not, tap the printer name to reconnect.
In the Merchant App:
Open ☰ Menu → Settings → Printer Settings → Connect.
If it still doesn’t work, unplug the printer, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in.
